Recycle waste tire/rubber/plastic PP, PE, PVC/cable skin /shoe sole to fuel oil

Product description

Differ from landfill and burning (two old ways to process tire, rubber and plastic waste which cause second pollution to air, water and soil), this is a green technology for waste management.

This whole set of machine totally sealed, can change waste into wealth without any second pollution. Feed the raw material, close the door of the reactor, then we can get the oil successfully. In the whole process, the waste gas from the reactor is transferred into the heating system rather than being discharged to the air. At the same time the smoke from the furnace is transferred into the de-dusting system to remove the dust and the sulfur.

Working principle and flow chart 

I Put waste tire, plastic or rubber into the reactor, catalysis and pyrolysis them.

II When temperature rises to 180 ℃,the oil gas will come out and go through the condenser, finally be liquefied to oil.

III After finishing the process, the carbon black will be discharged from the carbon black door automatically.

IV Some part of the oil gas which cannot be liquefied will be burned as fuel to heat the reactor through waste gas burning system.

Packing & shipping

For the big reactor, big tanks, no need to packing. 

For smaller parts, we use wooden box to pack if required.

Delivery time

Delivery time: 15-20 working days after the deposit received.

For each set of machine, one skilled engineer will be sent to your local to guide the installation and commission of the machine and training of your workers for free. 

Payment terms

1) pay 30% by T/T as deposit;

2) the balance 70% paid by T/T or L/C at sight of B/L before delivery.
